Touch an object an leave an invisible mark upon it that you can detect the location of while concentrating on the spell.
When the object is within 120ft of you, you are able to detect it's location with greater clarity. When it is outside of this 120ft range you know of it's cardinal direction (including incline and decline) from you.
The mark can be discovered with a Intelligence Check against your spell save DC. The spell dissipates when the object is broken or dispelled.
