Make a touch attack against a target. You do 1d4 of poison damage and the target must make a CON save against your spell save DC. On a failure, they suffer the poisoned condition for 1d4 rounds.
If you have consumed a vial of poison of any kind after casting this spell, you do not suffer from the effects of the poison instead on a touch attack of your choosing with the spell duration, you impart the poison to an object or target. If the spell ends before you have imparted to poison to an object or target you suffer the effects.
