You focus inward and split yourself into two beings. You pick an ability, tool or weapon you are proficient in and make a copy of you that has additional expertise in just that one thing but have the same ability scores, health, Ac, but not items. Appearing as a clothed version of you only. They are friendly to you and share your personality and act on a separate initiative. While separated from you, you lose any bonuses to that ability, tool or weapon. The copy can learn and memories events and when the spell ends you both become one again. You gain the knowledge they learnt and share their memories. You both know which one is the copy and understand the nature of their existence.
