You target a creature WIS saving throw, they may choose to fail. On a failed save they take on your current appearance and voice. They are not aware that they are not aware that this has occurred, believing themselves to look and sound like themselves. On a success, they know a spell has been cast on them and that it failed. Creatures that know the target gain advantage on Investigation Ability Checks to see through the disguise.
