You summon several astral food vendors to feed the masses. The spell cost increases for each vendor you choose to summon at a time by 100g. These vendors appear in a circle around you and come with tables, firepits, shade and drinking fountains. Eating at these vendors costs a small amount of coin and a specific item, act or memory for their services. The caster pays the coin cost, but the consumer of the vendor's food must pay the specific cost to them, each cost must be new/different to previous time. Each vendor can feed up to 100 people for 1 day. Casting this spell is considered light activity. The effects of eating at the vendor starts after your next long rest then until the next time you long rest. You can have up to three meals at once.
