Target either a friendly or hostile creature within range. They must make a WIS save, on a failure they receive either: 2d8 healing or 2d8 radiant damage. The spell then bounces to the nearest target within 10ft which also makes a WIS saving throw. It then bounces a third time within 10ft to the next nearest creature that hasn't been effected by this spell already. This can also target the caster, but never on the first target. If a creature successfully saves then the spell ends. A creature can choose to fail a save.
