In a 15ft radius centred on yourself you awaken all small plants and fungi. These plants can be no taller than 7ft and can't be a tree, bush or other plant that is bigger than a tiny size in width. These awakened plants can speak one language know by its creator. They uproot themselves and have a movement speed of 15ft. When in combat they act as a swarm.

The awakened plants are charmed by you for 30 days or until you or your companions do anything harmful to it. When the charmed condition ends, the awakened creature chooses whether to remain friendly to you, based on how you treated it while it was charmed

While the plants remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from a normal group of plants.

Swarm.

The swarm can occupy another creature's space and vice versa, and the swarm can move through any opening large enough for a Tiny insect. The swarm can't regain hit points or gain temporary hit points. A creature within the swarm is considered to be within difficult terrain.

Actions

Rake.

Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 0 ft., one target in the swarm's space. Hit: 57 (23d4) piercing damage, or 27 (11d4) piercing damage if the swarm has half of its hit points or fewer.

Entangle.

The swarm attempts to hold a creature in its space in place. Make a grapple at advantage with a +10 bonus to STR.
